OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 28, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act, is pleased to:
a) appoint John Vissers, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission for a term of 3 years commencing May 1, 2012; and
b) order that John Vissers be remunerated for service as a member in the amount of $100 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties as a member provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally paid to members of the civil service.
