Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective June 19, 2009, to assign responsibility for the Retail Business Uniform Closing Day Act to the Honourable Ross Landry, a Member of the Executive Council.
