Order in Council 1917/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to the provisions of

section 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C. 49, Mark Moorcroft of Port Hope, Ontario, be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario effective March 28, 2016, and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 6/2001 and dated January 24, 2001, appointing Mark Moorcroft as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney be revoked effective March 25, 2016.
