Order in Council 184/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Margaret Flynn of Bowmanville, reappointed by O.C. 1558/2022 as a part-time member of the board of directors of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion, has resigned effective January 11, 2023;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Agency for Health Protection and Promotion Act, 2007, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1558/2022 be revoked.
