Order in Council 1439/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1114/2013, dated the 7 th day of August 2013, Michael Mohamad Deeb was reappointed as a member of the City of London Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from August 7, 2013;

and

whereas Michael Mohamad Deeb has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the City of London Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Michael Mohamad Deeb is hereby reappointed as a member of the City of London Police Services Board for a further period of two years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
