OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated November 10, 1999, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to direct that John C. Rehill, Compliance Officer, Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Authority, be continued in the public service for a period commencing October 19, 1999, and ending October 31, 2000, at such remuneration as is determined from time to time by the Governor in Council and to determine that he shall be an employee within the meaning of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
