Order in Council 1474/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council O.C. 608/2019 dated April 18, 2019, Faiza Khalid-Khan was appointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers pursuant to clause 4(2)(

c) of the Social Work and Social Service Work Act, 1998 ;

And

whereas Faiza Khalid-Khan resigned effective May 11, 2021;

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 608/2019 dated April 18, 2019 is revoked effective May 11, 2021.
