NOTLEY First Reading Second Reading Third Reading Printed by the Queen's Printer for the Province of Alberta, EDr~ION lON Bill Mr. Notley BILL 201 1975 (Second Session) THE COMPANIES AMENDMENT ACT (Assented to , 1975) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and c'onsent of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, enacts as follows: 1. The Companies Act is hereby amended. 2.

Section is amended by adding the following after clause (j) 01 subsection (1): (

k) payments made by the company to every person who. has at any time during the year been a director of the company showing separately for each director (

i) the amount paid for services qua direetor; (ii) the amount paid for any other services; (iii)-theamount paid for any goods; 3.

Section is amended (

a) by adding the "/ollowing alter clause (g) 01 sub section (1.1) (

h) payments made by the company to every per son who has at any ,time during the year been a director of the company showing separately for each director - (

i) the amount paid for services qua director; (ii) the amount paid !tor any other services; (iii) the amount paid for any goods. (

b) by renumbering clause (
