OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated June 5, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education : (

a) entering into the new Canada-Nova Scotia Job Fund Agreement ( the Agreement) substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, for the term of April 1st, 2014 to March 31st, 2020; (

b) entering into future amendments of the Agreement which extend the term of the Agreement as long as there are no substantial changes to the terms of the Agreement; and (

c) using the Workplace Innovation and Productivity Skills Incentive program as the primary funding mechanism for delivery of the Canada-Nova Scotia Job Grant over the life of the Agreement, as required.
