Order in Council 256/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and (2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Kenneth Joseph Parker of King City be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including December 31, 2021.

Furthermore , pursuant to subsection 7(6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Kenneth Joseph Parker be designated as a part-time Chair of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table below to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective July 1, 2021 to and including December 31, 2021.
