Order in Council 1095/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 218/2018 dated February 8, 2018 that reappointed Larry Brigham of Thunder Bay as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
