AMENDMENT REGULATION

Schedule 5,

section 5 of the Public Sector Pension

Plans Act.

1 The Management Employees Pension Plan (AR 367/93) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 13(1) is amended by striking out "12.80%" and

substituting "12.00%".

Section 15(1) is amended by striking out "13.20%" and

substituting "12.00%".

4 This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2023.
