Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated February 27, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452, of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to Halifax Regional Municipality a

section of land, Parcel “A” containing an area of 571.8 square metres, more or less, located at or near Trollope Street, Halifax Regional Municipality, County of Halifax, identified on the attached

Schedule “A” and shown on the attached

Schedule “B”, forming part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
