Order in Council 1361/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Patrick M. Kelly of Toronto,

was reappointed as part-time deputy presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1260/2018; and

was reappointed as part-time alternate presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 1261/2018.

Mr. Kelly submitted his resignation for both reappointments effective August 30, 2019.

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 28(1) and 28(2) of the Pay Equity Act respectively, Orders in Council O.C. 1260/2018 and 1261/2018 are both revoked effective August 30, 2019.
