B.C. Reg. 45/2003, deposited February 17, 2003, pursuant to the RAILWAY ACT [Section 271 (1)]. Ministerial Order M154/2003, dated February 7, 2003.

I, George Abbott, Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services, order that:

(

a) The Railway Fees Regulation made by Certificate No. 6319 is hereby cancelled and

(

b) the attached Railway Fees Regulation be made. — G. ABBOTT, Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services.

PART XVI

RAILWAY FEES REGULATION

Certification and application fees

1 A person who receives an inspection, approval or other service in Column 1 of

Schedule 1 must pay to the ministry the fee set out opposite in Column 2.

Annual inspection service fees

2 A person who operates a railway in a classification in Column 1 of

Schedule 2 must, in each year, pay to the ministry the annual inspection service fee set out opposite in Column 2.
