Order in Council 731/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Matthew Raymond Caputo , Barrister and Solicitor of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective May 27, 2026.
