Order in Council 1689/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 1 of the AgriCorp Act, 1996 , as amended,

Derek Mendez of Listowel

be reappointed as a part-time member of AgriCorp to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 31, 2021.
