Order in Council 329/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Vladislav Shustov was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective September 24, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1230/2022;

Whereas Vladislav Shustov was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective July 8, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 893/2023;

And

whereas Vladislav Shustov tendered his resignation effective January 23, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Orders in Council O.C. 1230/2022 and 893/2023 be revoked effective January 23, 2024.
