d) of
Chapter 36 of the Acts of 2001, the Pharmacy Act, and

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Ian Godfrey of Kentville, Kings County, as a member of the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists for a two year term commencing April 5, 2011.
