section 1 (

a) of Order In Council number 468/2001: (

a) up to $10 000 000, subject to deposits matching the amount deposited by Forest Renewal BC being made into the segregated trust fund by forest companies operating in British Columbia or by parties other than the Province of British Columbia; (

b) up to $15 000 as directed by the trustees of the segregated trust fund.
