OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated September 5, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of an additional loan of $ 1,001,281 to ACA Cooperative Limited to construct a 50' x 540' broiler breeder poultry barn and construct a biomass fuel generator; and (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 6.50%.
