On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 83 (1) of the

Employment and Assistance Regulation, B.C. Reg. 263/2002, is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out “ $175 ” and substituting “ $225 ” and by striking out “ $350 ” and substituting “ $450 ”, and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out “ $115 ” and substituting “ $145 ”.
