Section 3 of
Chapter 2 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Conservation Easements Act, is pleased, with the consent of the owners, to designate as a natural area pursuant to the Conservation Easements Act lands located at Prospect, Halifax County, the said lands more particularly described in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
