OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 30, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and the Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Arnold E. Johnson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Levesque Securities Inc., which appointment was made by Order in Council 95-265 dated April 11, 1995; and (

b) appoint Arnold E. Johnson of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire July 31, 2003.
