Order in Council 50/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992 , Judith Beauchamp of Kitchener is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later of December 9, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
