Section 11 of
Chapter 15 of the Acts of 1998, the Intercountry Adoption Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting intercountry adoption in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on, from and after October 1, 1999.
