Order in Council 1008/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) and (4) of the Electricity Act, 1998 ,

Gergely Orencsak

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation ( OEFC ), and designated Chair of the Board of Directors of OEFC , to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not extending beyond September 30, 2020.

And further, Order in Council O.C. 2008/2017 dated October 4, 2017 is revoked.
