CHAPTER

An Act respecting the Consequential Amendments resulting from the enactment of The Department of Science and Technology Act (Assented to December 12, 1983) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Science and Technology Consequential Amendment Act. Rev. Stat. (Supp.) c.H-2.1,

section 25.4 amended

Section 25.4 of The Heritage Fund (Saskatchewan ) Act is amended by striking out “minister”: (

a) in subsection (1); and (

b) in subsection (2); and in each case substituting “Minister of Science and Technology”. 1979, c.L-11.1,

section amended The following clause is added after clause 70(1)(

s) of The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act: “(s.1) Minister of Science and Technology”. Coming into force This Act comes into force on the day on which The Department of Science and Technology Act comes into force. REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN Printed by the authority of THE QUEEN’S PRINTER
