Order in Council 332/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.49, Charon Kerr of Mississauga, Ontario be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1866/92 and dated June 18 th , 1992 appointing Charon Kerr as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, be revoked.
