Order in Council 856/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 10 of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011 , Angela Clayton of Woodstock be reappointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond June 30, 2028, effective July 1, 2025.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1228/2023, dated August 17, 2023, be revoked, effective July 1, 2025.
