OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 19, 2001, and pursuant to Sections 238 and 239 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, and clause 18(1)(

a) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2000-536 dated October 26, 2000, by revoking paragraph (

d) and substituting the following paragraphs: (

d) reappoint Leanne Rodwell Hayes of Windsor Junction, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for a term of office extending from July 30, 2002, up to and including February 28, 2003, subject to dismissal for just cause; (da) reappoint Joyce Dassonville of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for a term of office extending from July 30, 1999 to February 28, 2002, subject to dismissal for just cause.
