OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 31, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 511 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Youth Secretariat Act , and

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective August 31, 2021, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2021-65 dated February 23, 2021; and (

b) assign responsibility for the Nova Scotia Youth Secretariat to the Honourable Brian Comer, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for Youth.
