OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 28, 2006, and pursuant to subsection 29(2) of

Chapter 494 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Vital Statistics Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Michele L. Dunlop as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2003-439 dated October 23, 2003, as amended by Order in Council 2004-88 dated March 5, 2004; and (

b) appoint Karen J. Kieley as the Assistant Deputy Registrar General of Vital Statistics, effective September 7, 2006.
