B.C. Reg. 387/2010 , deposited December 31, 2010, pursuant to the PORTS PROPERTY TAX ACT [Section 2]. Order in Council 854/2010, approved and ordered December 30, 2010.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2011 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix
Section 2 (
a) of the Eligible Port Property Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 309/2010, is amended by striking out " 2010 taxation year, as at December 31, 2009, " and substituting " 2011 taxation year, as at December 31, 2010, ".
