Chapter 29 of the Acts of 2004, the Mandatory Testing and Disclosure Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting mandatory testing and disclosure in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after June 1, 2006.
