Order in Council 1254/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 30(4) of the Professional Geoscientists Act, 2000 , S.O. 2000, c. 13,

Kristina Small of Ottawa

a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario be appointed as a councillor on the Council of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
