Order in Council 886/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tina Yuen was appointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective April 29, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 546/2021;

And

whereas Tina Yuen tendered her resignation effective May 5, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 546/2021 be revoked effective May 5, 2021.
