Order in Council 1071/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Pamela Arnott was reappointed a part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 248/2019;

And

whereas Pamela Arnott tendered her resignation effective June 11, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act , Order in Council O.C. 248/2019 be revoked effective June 11, 2019.
