Order in Council 360/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Shelby Whittick of Bowmanville be reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending December 31, 2022.

Further,

whereas Shelby Whittick was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 1, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1774/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1774/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
