On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended as follows:

(

a) effective June 1, 2023, as set out in the attached

Schedule 1;

(

b) effective January 1, 2024, as set out in the attached

Schedule 2.

Schedule 1

Section 15 of the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended by striking out " $15.65 " and substituting " $16.75 ".

Section 16 is amended

(

a) in subsection (1) by striking out " $116.68 " and substituting " $124.73 ", and

(

b) in subsection (2) by striking out " $125.06 " and substituting " $133.69 ".

Section 17 is amended

(

a) in paragraph (

a) by striking out " $937.82 " and substituting " $1 002.53 " and by striking out " $37.58 " and substituting " $40.17 ", and

(

b) in paragraph (

b) by striking out " $3 194.43 " and substituting " $3 414.85 a month ".

Schedule 2

Section 18 (1) of the Employment Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 396/95, is amended by repealing paragraphs (

a) to (

n) and substituting the following:

(

a) apples

$23.14 a bin (27.1 ft 3 / 0.767 m 3 );

(

b) apricots

$26.63 a 1/2 bin (13.7 ft 3 / 0.388 m 3 );

(

c) beans

(

(

Section 18 (1.1) is amended by striking out " $0.174 " and substituting " $0.186 ".
