Order in Council 702/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of His Majesty The King in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve His Majesty's Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Shannon Fuller

be appointed Deputy Minister, Policy and Delivery, Cabinet Office and Associate Secretary of the Cabinet, effective June 19, 2023, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2025;

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1577/2021, dated November 24, 2021, as amended by Order in Council O.C. 1222/2022, dated September 14, 2022, and Order in Council O.C. 1579/2022 dated November 30, 2022, be revoked effective June 19, 2023.
