An Act to Amend the Community Planning Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, en- acts as follows: 1 Subsection 77(5) of the Community Planning Act,

chapter C-12 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “under this section, other than a regulation under paragraph (1)(a),” and substituting “under this section”. PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la

Section The existing provision is as follows: 77(5) Where a regulation under this section, other than a reg- ulation under paragraph (1)(a), is in effect, the district director or district officer is the development officer and the powers vested in a commission under paragraph (6)(

a) or (c), (7)(

b) or (8)(

b) shall be deemed to be vested in the commission. NOTES EXPLICATIVES
