On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 719/2017 dated April 5, 2017 that appointed Sandra Sidsworth of Belleville as a member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective March 1, 2018.
