OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business dated November 27, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 16 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to, effective on and after January 16, 2018: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2001-395; and (
b) approve Nova Scotia Business Incorporated By-Law No. 1 in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
