Order in Council 1849/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 16(1) of the Justices of the Peace Act , Her Worship Samantha Burton, a justice of the peace, be appointed as regional senior justice of the peace for the Central West Region for a fixed term of three years, effective January 29, 2024.
