OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated September 5, 2006, and pursuant to subsection 73(2) of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to determine, ratify and confirm the rate of $.3450 per $100.00 of uniform assessment as the rate to be used in determining the minimum municipal contribution to be paid by municipalities to school boards, in respect of the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
