Order in Council 2219/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Pay Equity Act , Order in Council 1841/2017, dated September 13, 2017, appointing Heino Nielson as a part-time member, representative of employees, of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, be amended by deleting “Nielson” and replacing it with “Nielsen”.

This Order in Council is effective September 13, 2017.
