Springs,

b) any taxes owing to the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10

at the end of December 31, 2002 in respect of the annexed land are

transferred to and become payable to The Summer Village of Crystal Springs

together with any lawful penalties and costs levied in respect of those

taxes, and The Summer Village of Crystal Springs on collecting those taxes,

penalties and costs must pay them to the County of Wetaskiwin No. 10, and

(

c) the assessor for The Summer Village of Crystal

Springs must assess, for the purpose of taxation in 2003 and subsequent

passed June 19, 2003, being a Bylaw of The Westwind School Division No. 74

changing the electoral wards of the school division is hereby approved.

2 Pursuant to

Section 247 of the School Act, the number of

trustees to be elected to the Board of Trustees of Westwind School Division

shall be decreased to eight (8) and the nomination and election of trustees

to each ward shall be as follows:

a) One (1) trustee shall be elected from Ward 1.
