OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources dated August 6, 1998, pursuant to

Article 3 of the Trust Agreement dated December 23, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as authorized by Order in Council 85-1054 dated September 26, 1985, is pleased to: (

a) accept the resignation and revoke the appointment of Kevin McNamara as Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund; and (

b) appoint Paula M. Wedge, Senior Labour Relations Coordinator, Department of Human Resources, of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, effective August 18, 1998, on the terms and conditions of the "Trust Agreement".
