OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 29, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2, 3 and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2003-290 dated June 27, 2003, to increase the Guarantee issued thereunder to an amount not to exceed $25,000,000.00 in favour of Credit Union Central of Nova Scotia and Nova Scotia Co-Operative Council on terms and conditions substantially in the form as outlined in

Schedule "A" annexed to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 29, 2005; (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such guarantees, agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
